If we look at Europe for example, we see that the Europe Index is in a Bear mode (negative trend), but it is in Oversold (OS) territory. This mean a potential short term rebound or pause is in the card.
And that is exaclty what we see on the price chart! The Europe index is just below the crash red line taking a pause. A rebound is possible, but a renewed downard draft could be in the cards. So you know you have to wait for the next swing direction.
